Risha Rao
Role: CTO
As Chief Technology Officer at Code4Cause, I lead the development and strategy behind all technical initiatives. I manage our website, ensuring it remains a functional, engaging hub for our community. I guide students through hands-on coding sessions, helping them build real-world projects with purpose. I also design reusable code templates and architect machine learning models that students can explore, expand, and customize. My work ensures that every participant—regardless of experience—has a strong technical foundation and the tools to turn ideas into impactful, data-driven solutions. I collaborate closely with the team to keep our tech aligned with our mission of empowering youth through innovation.
Sanvi Bharadwaj
Role: CMO
As Chief Marketing Officer at Code4Cause, I lead the strategy behind our outreach team. I design campaigns that amplify our mission, engage students and families, and grow our platform across digital and community spaces. Beyond social media and visual branding, I also coordinate advocacy efforts, contacting local city councils and community leaders to present student research and push for data-driven change. I work closely with the team to align messaging with our values and bring visibility to the work our students and team do.
Aarya Patel
Role: COO
As Chief Operating Officer, I coordinate our program operations, develop organizational systems, and ensure the smooth execution of our 8-week sessions. I work closely with all teams to align our efforts and oversee program logistics from planning to implementation. I manage our timelines, resources, and help solve challenges that arise along the way.
